Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your app subscription within 14 days of trial without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you subscribe to your primly App subscription plan.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via email or clicking on cancel subscription.

Conditions for refunds:

In order to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The subscription were purchased in the last 14 days

  • No refunds to completed events (online / Offline)

  • No refunds for paid events during trial period

  • No refund for same credit cards / mobile used for creating new app user

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
